Townhomes of Cocoa Beach

We are a self-managed condominium association. The complex is located just to the west of A1A in beautiful Cocoa Beach, about a block and a half from the beach. It consists of 62 town homes, each with an attached private one car garage, balcony and patio. Each unit is 1400 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two and half baths. There is also a clubhouse and heated swimming pool.

We are lucky to live where others come to vacation!
